Growing and Milling Whole Grains
Back in 2014, we decided to start growing grains that are good for you. Whole grains with all of the nutrients Mother Nature offers. We started with oats, a grain that was grown here 100 years ago. Then we added Spelt, an ancient grain with a subtle nutty flavor. Today, we grow the 3 ancient grains, a variety of more modern grains, and gluten-free oats. Our grains are stone-milled right here on the farm to offer you fresh, whole grain flours that's are great for baking. Chemical-free, Non-GMO, great flavor.
